Shipping & Returns


We offer standard ground shipping services. Most orders arrive to your door within 7 business days after your order is received. Orders placed after 2pm PST will not be processed until the next business day. For your privacy and peace of mind, we package our products discreetly, with no indication of it being a CBD product.

We proudly offer free shipping on each and every order, including our free sample. This offer is subject to change at any time for any reason at our sole discretion. 

Missing Orders

We ship each order with tracking and packages are rarely lost. If you cannot find an order that shows as delivered, please check with any other individuals you live with to see if they received your order. If you live in an apartment building, please check with your management office and mail room.

If a shipment is showing as delivered but you are unable to find it, we are not able to issue a refund or replacement order. We advise you contact the shipping courier for assistance in locating a delivery you believe to be missing. Please be sure that your shipping address is accurate and up to date, as we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders with incorrect shipping information.

At Nuvamed we stand behind our products with pride and integrity. That’s why we offer a 30-day Money Back satisfaction promise. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you are welcome to request a refund of the full purchase price within 30 days of the product being delivered. 

What can I return?

You may return new, unused, and unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We ask that you pay shipping for any returned items. If more than 30 days passed since delivery of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

For safety reasons, no returns or refunds will be issued for products that have been opened or used. If the return is for a reason such as an incorrect or documented defective product, you may receive a full refund for the item beyond 30 days.

Please be advised that any free sample ordered on our site is exempt from this policy. We do not accept returns of free samples. If you do not want a free sample you ordered, we encourage you to share it with a friend.

How do I request a refund?

To return a product and receive a refund, you must email with your order number and the item you wish to return. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number, which you need before shipping your product back to us.

No returns will accepted without this RMA number.

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment. We strongly advise using a shipping service with tracking. If your return is lost or proof-of-delivery is not available, we cannot issue a refund.

Damaged Products

Each and every product in our inventory has been tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping.

All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours of receipt.

Please contact us at within that timeframe and provide detailed information regarding any product damaged during shipping. Please include your order number, a full description of the damages to the product, and clear photographs showing the damage.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund request is approved or denied.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refunds can be denied if the retuned item is damaged beyond what your documented claim showed, or if an item appears to be open, used or tampered with.
